Hard to find small size soccer shoe

Well made and fit nicely. She wears them weekly.

Size of shoe and sole don't match

I ordered a size 7. The cleat is way bigger than a size 7. It might be size 8 or 9. However the sole of the shoe might be size 7. So the sole doesn't quite fit the inside and there's a gap between the sole and the tip of the shoe. See picture.
